The basics of using this site and booking an appointment with NC13.
A booking request is not a booking
Submitting the form sends Nathan a request. It does not reserve a time, and it does not create an appointment.
An appointment exists only once Nathan confirms the date, the service and the price with you.
Prices
Prices and any travel charge are confirmed when your request is accepted, before you commit to anything. Any price shown on this site is indicative until confirmed.
Mobile appointments
Whether Nathan can travel to you depends on your suburb, the day and his existing bookings. A suburb appearing in the travel area does not guarantee availability.
You need to provide a suitable chair, space, lighting and power. If the space is not workable on arrival, the appointment may not go ahead.
The studio address
The studio is a private residence. Its address is confidential, is sent only with a confirmed booking, and should not be shared or published.
Content
Taking part in filmed or photographed content is entirely optional and is never a condition of getting a haircut.
