Booking and Cancellation Policy

Placeholder — needs professional review

This page is written in plain English and describes how the system genuinely behaves, but it has not been written or checked by a lawyer. It must be reviewed before NC13 trades publicly.

How booking, changing and cancelling an appointment works.

Requesting

Send a request with your preferred date and, ideally, an alternative. Nathan replies to confirm or to offer a different time.

You get a booking reference on submission. Quote it in any message about your appointment.

Confirming

Your appointment is confirmed when Nathan says so and you receive confirmation with the time, the service, the price and — for a studio appointment — the address.

Changing or cancelling

Get in touch as early as you can, quoting your reference.

A private studio has one chair. A late cancellation is a slot nobody else can take, so as much notice as possible genuinely matters.

Not turning up

Repeatedly missing confirmed appointments without notice may mean future requests are declined.

If Nathan has to cancel

You will be told as soon as possible and offered another time.
